We are looking foraGeneral Managerto oversee one of ourmost impactful partnerships in the DACH region. Via’s technologyplatform powers BVG Muva, our on-demand service in Berlin. This isan individual contributor role for someone who is eager to roll-uptheir sleeves and get into the nitty gritty while truly shapingstrategy, P&L and our long-term relationship with ourpartner.
What You'llDo:
- Own the P&L forour service and deliver on financial goals while meetingSLAs
- Define strategies with the Operations teamto balance service quality and operationalexcellence
- Drive strategic conversations withthe partner and other external stakeholders to shape the future ofour service
- Work closely with teams across Via(e.g. Strategy, Operations, Algorithm and Product) to increasescalability and bring our service to the nextlevel
- Support special projects in differentareas as needed to address currentchallenges
- Lead and mentor your colleagues andfoster a collaborative culture across theorganization
Who YouAre:

- A great communicatorin English and German: you can lead discussions in both languagesat C1 level and have the ability to explain technical concepts to anon-technical audience

- Keen to take ownership: you want tohave full responsibility for a service and work to make it betterevery day
- Informed by experience: you have 6+years of experience to guide you, ideally in a partner facingrole
