Together withthe General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and the Connectoryou form the Management team. Within your role you are responsiblefor every aspect of the hotel’s operation. This goes way beyond oldschool reception duties: you and your colleagues are the hotel’ssuper-skilled connectors and networkers and responsible for thehotel’s seamless, smooth running. You know all the staff inside outand are ready with a smile for colleague, guests and randomstrangers alike. You lead, coach and train the Hotel Team in ourunique, fun TSH style. You also manage the external partners whotake care of housekeeping, our night team and maintenance.We are looking for someone to join us from February2025.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria,Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, thishybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe,but our plans are set for goingglobal.

What You'llDo

  • Daily manage, train,check, coach, guide, co-hire, motivate and empower employees andpartners
  • Handling, reporting and transferringof all kinds of questions, remarks complaints of guests andcolleagues
  • Introducing, maintaining, evolvingand guiding standard operatingprocedures
  • You’re the internal and external TSHnetworker. You connect with your guest community. You build directrelations with universities, companies, social organizations… youname it
  • Have fun Spread smiles and good vibesknowing that employees and guests enjoying themselves andconnecting with each other is what this is allabout
  • Building relationships with headquarterskey players, residents, external parties/renters functioning as acontact person and assisting in handling complaints and technicalissues
  • Maintaining and controlling hotelsecurity for our guests, colleagues andgoods
  • Supporting the operational preparationand execution of departure and arrival of newstudents
Requirements

WhatYou'll Have

  • Student – youMUST be enrolled in university
  • A bachelorstudent, preferably in hotel- or tourism management with somehospitality experience or team leadingexperience
  • A flexible, hands-on, motivated andpositive approach
  • Background in hospitality,preferably in a hotel environment
  • You loveresponsibility and handle stressful peak periods like apro
  • You're fluent in English and German. Knowother languages? The more the merrier
  • Hardworking, responsible and “let’s do this”mentality
  • You’re legally allowed to work inGermany
