Für unseren Kunden, einen führenden Anbieter im Bereich Cloud-Infrastrukturlösungen, suchen wir einen engagierten Teamleiter für den technischen Support. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung eines Teams von Systemadministratoren, das internationalen Geschäftskunden technische Unterstützung bietet. Du gewährleistest den reibungslosen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Supportleistungen.

AUFGABEN:

  • Leiten und Entwickeln eines Teams von Systemadministratoren zur Erreichung exzellenter Support-Leistungen
  • Sicherstellen der Servicequalität gemäß den Unternehmensstandards zur Maximierung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Unterstützung und Spezialisierung auf die Produkte und Dienstleistungen, um als Experte im Team zu fungieren
  • Festlegen und Überwachen von KPIs, die die Teamziele mit den Unternehmenszielen in Einklang bringen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe gemäß ITIL
  • Förderung eines motivierenden und unterstützenden Arbeitsklimas, das Eigenverantwortung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein betont.


DEIN PROFIL:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre in einer ähnlichen Position als Systemadministrator/Engineer mit Team-Leitungserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Wissen über Aufbau, Wartung und Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Versiert in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von ITIL-basierten Arbeitsabläufen
  • Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit zu motivieren und anzuleiten
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit einem Auge für Details, die zur Problemlösung beitragen
  • Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem agilen, teamorientierten Umfeld mit einer proaktiven Hands-on-Mentalität
