Als Sales Representative (m/w/d) mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und einer Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb hast du bei uns die Chance, Großes zu bewegen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Rolle im Vertrieb: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für den Uhrenfachhandel in Bayern (und Teile Baden-Württembergs) und verantwortest die Betreuung vor Ort
  • Geschäftsentwicklung: Du baust bestehende Partnerschaften aus und gewinnst gezielt neue Handelspartner für CASIO
  • Individuelle Lösungen: Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Sortimentsvorschläge und sorgst für eine erstklassige Warenpräsentation am Point of Sale
  • Verkaufsförderung: Du planst und setzt Promotionen sowie Werbeaktionen zur Verkaufssteigerung um
  • Schulungen und Events: Du führst Produktschulungen durch, nimmst an Messen und Veranstaltungen teil und behältst den Markt sowie die Wettbewerber im Blick
  • Zahlen im Griff: Du erhebst regelmäßig Abverkaufs- und Bestandszahlen und unterstützt die Umsatzplanung in der Region


Das bringst Du mit

  • Fundierte Vertriebserfahrung: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst Vertriebserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Uhren- und Schmuckbranche, oder alternativ in der Optiker- oder Kosmetikbranche
  • Überzeugungskraft: Dein Verkaufstalent, deine Fachkompetenz und dein Verhandlungsgeschick zeichnen dich aus
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist versiert im Umgang mit IT-Tools
  • Flexibilität und Mobilität: Dein Wohnsitz befindet sich im Betreuungsgebiet (idealerweise in München) und du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
