Deine Rolle:
- Du kontaktierst strategisch wichtige Neukunden und treibst so den Ausbau des Kundenportfolios im Enterprise Segment voran
- Du berätst deine Kunden rund um das Thema Arbeitszeitplanung, identifizierst Schwachstellen und überzeugst sie von den Softwarelösungen von ATOSS
- Während des Onboarding erhältst du ein intensives Salestraining durch die ATOSS Sales Academy, die aus einer 5-wöchigen Theorieschulung und einem 5-wöchigen Praxisteil besteht, um so alles zu den Themen SPIN, Solution Selling, Legal und Kommunikation zu lernen
- Nach dem Onboarding kontaktierst du eigenständig Enterprise Kunden ab 500 MA und füllst so die Sales-Pipeline
- Du nimmst an Kundenterminen teil, um dein Fachwissen zu erweitern
- Nachdem du in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Quartalen deine Ziele erreicht hast, wirst du zum Account Executive befördert und übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und bringst erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit
- Du hast eine hohe intrinsische Motivation und bist erst zufrieden, wenn deine Ziele erreicht sind
