  • Marktbeobachtung und Nachverfolgung neuester Trends

  • Du stellst sicher, dass genügend Neugeschäft generiert wird, um das prognostizierte Wachstum für Deutschland zu erreichen. 
  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen für die Top-Auftraggeber
  • Verhandlung von Angeboten und Verträgen sowie Präsentation von YoungCapital beim Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen innerhalb des Unternehmens zur Sicherstellung eines einzigartigen Kundenerlebnisses
