We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Tasks- Enhance, develop and implement sales processes for sales teams to streamline their performance and optimize their collaboration with other departments
- Facilitate onboarding program for new hires to the sales department
- Ensure sales managers/BDMs are on track with delivering the KPIs defined for sales streams by the business
- Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Manage Hubspot CRM according to the existing rules and flow.
- Create, enhance and implement automation workflows in Hubspot to increase efficiency of the sales team and sales generating activities (including marketing), as well as ensure transparency of data and accuracy of reporting.
- Track sales manager’s/BDM’s activities to ensure they follow the existing sales flow
- Perform weekly reviews of deals to identify overdue tasks, deals lacking planned activities, and deals missing relevant status updates in the "note" section.
- Monitor outbound leads manually added by BDMs, ensuring timely completion of tasks, scheduling of planned activities, and accuracy of lead details/status.
- Coordinate with BDMs to ensure all deals/opportunities they are working on are accurately entered into the system.
- Analyze the weekly activities dashboard to evaluate BDMs' performance, including assessing the number of completed calls and adherence to required activities.
- Collaborate with CMO to ensure transparency of data between marketing and sales departments, as well as to track the efficiency of marketing channels in driving sales
- Education in management, marketing, economics, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in sales operations role.
- Hands-on experience in sales would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM: automation and analytics.
- Good understanding of Google sheets / Excel to create reports and analysis.
- Experience with analytical tools for tracking performance and developing improvement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various levels of personnel and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German will be a great advantage.
