Our client is a leading global supplier of innovative and professional medical equipment of the highest quality. With more than 50 years of experience in the sector, the company wants to continue to grow on an international scale to offer their professional users the best products. Therefore, today they are looking for an International sales manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).


As International Sales Manager DACH, you will be committed to creating and maintaining a dynamic and profitable sales network in the DACH region. This includes identifying new partners and opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing distribution partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will strive to achieve the company's sales targets through strategic planning, innovative sales initiatives and meticulous market analysis. Your mission is to position the company as a market leader in the entire DACH region, through strong relationship maintenance with existing distribution partners and development of new partner relationships. You will strive for long-term sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Global Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain contact and manage relationships with existing distribution partners in the DACH area.

2. Actively seek new opportunities to expand the customer portfolio and increase the company's market share in the DACH region.

3. Identify growth opportunities, including additional sales channels.

4. Drafting and implementing a sales plan for and with partners in the relevant territory, following up and achieving the set sales targets, while maintaining gross profit margins.

5. Preparation of promotions in consultation with distributors to promote the products to the end customer.

6. Participating in trade fairs, seminars and meetings.


Education:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience.


Languages:

  • You are fluent in German.
  • You speak English at a professional level


Knowledge / Experience:

  • Proven experience in international sales and distribution, preferably in the medical sector or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners and customers in the DACH region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in finding new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new customers and distributors.
