REPORTS TO: General Manager Germany

Our client specialises in the design, manufacture, and distribution of systems for controlling pedestrian and vehicle access. Their products are used for various purposes, including enhancing security, managing traffic, and facilitating fare collection. The product range includes automated gates, turnstiles, barriers, and bollards, which are employed in diverse applications such as transportation hubs, public facilities, commercial buildings, and more.


-- MISSION --

Reporting to the General Manager in Germany, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the Sales Department with the responsibility for growing sales in the German market. We are looking for a hunter with entrepreneurial skills to drive this growth.


-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

  • Develop sales of the product range to integrators, installers, and end users within the country.
  • Increase product visibility by visiting architecture and engineering offices throughout Germany.
  • Establish and maintain relationships based on mutual trust, knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Expand both external and internal networks.
  • Ensure regular follow-up through personal contacts and on-site visits.
  • Understand internal order processes and maintain effective internal communication to provide successful support.


-- REQUIREMENTS --

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in technical solutions, automated access control, or perimetric protection markets as a field sales representative or similar.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic, ready to take on challenging tasks.
  • Possess creativity, open-mindedness, and commercial acumen.
  • Native German speaker.
  • B2 in English
  • Exhibit excellent presentation, professional maturity, and relational intelligence.
  • Interested in the technical aspects of the job (electromechanical) and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in using computer tools such as the Office suite, CRM, and ERP (SAP or similar).
