As a Partnerships Manager youll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. Youll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailors revenue growth on a global level.
We are looking for our first dedicated Partnerships Manager for the DACH region. We have a couple of partners in the region and a local team in place but we have barely scratched the surface of the market potential. Your focus will beon building a high performing partner portfolio and taking partnerships in DACH to the next level. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations.
Youll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 12 members (soon to be 14 ) around the world and youll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team (Get to know them better on our careers page ). You will also work very closely with the regional team in DACH.
- Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners
- Manage and build longterm strategic business relationships to create winwinwin situations
- Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region
- To drive revenue growth through partnerships in DACH
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as Marketing Product Sales and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service
- Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region

- Successful track record from working with both sales and partnership programs
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills
- Passion for consultative sales marketing and business development with a firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
- Intellectually curious techsavvy competitive confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customerobsessed orientation
- Wellarticulated and apassionate communicator whos fluent inEnglish
- This Position will be based in Berlin and will require a couple days a week in office.
