Deine Aufgaben als Abteilungsleiter*in Fixed Income Solutions sind:

  • Motivierende Führung eines Fixed Income Teams, Förderung von Potential mit fachlicher Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Etablierung und Aufsatz eines Fixed Income Investment- und Risikomanagementprozesses
  • Fachliche Verantwortung der Steuerung einzelner Rentenmodule (Mandate Publikumsfonds)
  • Aufbau von Bewertungsmodellen zur Identifizierung von potenziellen Anlagechancen
  • Steuerung des Fixed Income Selektionsprozess
  • Aufsatz von Publikumsfonds
  • Berücksichtigung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen im Fixed Income Segment
  • Sicherstellung der Handelbarkeit und Ordermanagement der Fixed Income Strategien
  • Optimierung und Sicherstellung von Produktivität, Effizienz und qualitativer Arbeit
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Fixed Income Strategien
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen kunden- und vertriebsorientierten Anlagekommunikation

Dein Profil

Du hast

  • ein abgeschlossenes höheres Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Informatik (Diplom, MBA, MSc.)
  • eine zusätzliche international anerkannte Zusatzqualifikation (CFA, CIIA, FRM, CCrA, etc.) und / oder höhere akademische Qualifikationen (Promotion; Habilitation)
  • hohe sprachliche Qualifikationen (Wort/Schrift) in Deutsch und Englisch
  • umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Rentenmanagement von Publikumsfonds und institutionellen Spezialfonds
  • tiefes Verständnis für Risikomanagement
  • starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung und Auswahl von Anleihen, zur Risikobewertung und zur qualitativen und datengetriebenen Entscheidungsfindung
  • umfassendes Verständnis der Anleihenmärkte, einschließlich globaler Trends und des wirtschaftlichen Umfeldes
  • tiefes Verständnis für Futures, FX- und Zinsderivate
  • Erfahrungen im Asset Liability Management
  • sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (insb. Bloomberg) und grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in Python und SQL
