Position SummaryIf you have a keen interest in financial markets, particularly in fixed income products and index calculations, and enjoy tackling automation and problem-solving challenges in a technical environment, you may find a great fit within our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operations of the Fixed Income Indexing business.
- Automate workflows related to index development, setup, and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain existing data feeds and work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance them.
- Support the connection between our Fixed Income Development and Operations teams.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics with a strong IT affinity, or in IT/Business Information Systems/Engineering with a keen interest in capital markets.
- Proficiency in Python programming is required.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Git is preferred.
- Experience with financial database systems is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and procedural thinking.
- Independent and meticulous work style, coupled with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Excellent command of English.
