Group Category & Project Procurement Manager (w/m/d)VollzeitDeine zukünftige Aufgabe
  • Wir vertrauen auf Deine Expertise, wenn es um die Arbeit in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of Group Procurement und die Festlegung der Beschaffungsstrategien geht.
  • Du bist für sechs CapEx-Kategorien und Beschaffungsausgaben von 70 Mio. € sowie für Großprojekte im Industriebereich mit Beschaffungsausgaben über 100 Mio. € verantwortlich.
  • Das Leiten der zugewiesenen Kategorie-Cluster auf Gruppenebene und die Unterstützung der lokalen Einkäufer bei der Umsetzung von Kategorie-Strategien unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Besonderheiten gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du überwachst die Produktstandardisierung, verhandelst alle zwei Jahre die Rahmenverträge neu und scoutest potenzielle Partner für den bevorzugten Lieferantenpool.
  • Zur Bedarfsermittlung und Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen für die Großprojekte arbeitest Du eng mit dem Projektmanagement und den technischen Abteilungen zusammen.
  • Durch sorgfältige Vertragsgestaltung, Lieferantenkommunikation und proaktives Risikomanagement vermeidest Du Reklamationen.
DU ALS MENSCH UND WAS DU MITBRINGST
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Maschinenbau
  • Breite und langjährige Beschaffungserfahrung insbesondere im Bereich Category Management für indirekte Ausgaben oder Investitionsgüter im Industriebereich
  • Erfahrung in Kosteneinsparungs- und Transformationsprojekten im Energiesektor von Vorteil
  • Gute SAP und MS Kenntnisse
  • Umfassende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fortgeschrittenes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft von min. 30%
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch plus Deutsch oder Italienisch
