We are seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager to join our team at Creative Dock Group. As a key member of our buying and category management team, you will play a crucial role in working with our local supplier pool to enhance our price and promo competitiveness in both supermarkets and specialized stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local supplier pool to develop and implement strategies that improve our price and promo competitiveness.
- Work closely with our web development team to ensure seamless integration of our pricing and promotional strategies on our website.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure a stable and high-quality supply chain.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement effective category management strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in buying and category management, preferably in the fresh produce or agricultural background.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
