Welcome to HelloFresh We are in search of a skilled (Senior) Category Manager to become an integral part of our Corporate Services team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee strategic sourcing and category management, with a primary focus on Temporary Labor and additional categories such as consulting, employee benefits, and recruitment services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers on a global scale, optimizing supplier portfolios, and advancing the maturity of procurement processes. If you are a driven procurement expert with outstanding stakeholder management abilities and a keen interest in data analysis and optimization, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive spend analysis and benchmarking to develop data-informed category strategies.
- Coordinate sourcing initiatives with stakeholders to achieve cost reductions and enhance procurement value.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, serving as the primary procurement liaison.
- Create and manage category reporting for senior leadership.
- Oversee the rollout of procurement processes and tools.
