We ensure high levels of customer service globally from our extensive network of about 1,000 locations. Over the past several decades, TK Elevator has established itself as one of the world's leading elevator companies and became independent after separation from the thyssenkrupp group in August 2020. The company's most important business line is the service business proudly provided by around 25,000 service technicians. The product portfolio ranges from standardized elevators for low-rise residential buildings to highly customized solutions for skyscrapers. In addition, it covers escalators, moving walks, passenger boarding bridges and stair and platform lifts. Integrated cloud-based solutions, such as the MAX platform, are delivering enhanced services. Be the Driving Force: Dive into the heart of our global Field operations, actively participating in exciting transformation projects that bridge global functions and local teams
Connect and Collaborate: Act as the vital link between Global Field, Digital Operations, and external consultants. Your communication skills will ensure seamless coordination and effective teamwork
Own Your Impact: Take charge of reporting tools and processes, ensuring smooth operations and the timely submission of high-quality performance data from our global counterparts
Innovate and Upgrade: Be at the forefront of continuous improvement. Enhance existing reporting tools and contribute to the creation of new ones, making a lasting impact on our operational efficiency
Visualize Insights: Bring data to life Design comprehensive Power BI reports and prepare insightful analyses and presentations that will shape decision-making of the company

Who we are looking for
You are a registered student in a business, economics, technical or engineering degree program or a comparable subject
You bring along the highest levels of initiative, team orientation and a great sense of responsibility
You are proficient in the core MS Office suite of applications; PowerBI skills earn you extra points
You can comfortably work in an English-speaking environment
You are available for at least six months (20 hours/week)
