Responsibilities
The GT Performance Team, part of the Gas Turbine Fleet in Asset Operations, oversees 17 power plants with an installed capacity of approximately 9.1GW across five countries. Our mission is to collaborate with our sites to enhance performance, create value, and align with the GT Fleet Vision, striving towards carbon neutrality.
We are looking for YOU to assist us in achieving our performance targets and shaping our strategic journey.
Key activities include:
- **HSSE**: Develop data intelligence dashboards to identify trends, monitor performance, and highlight critical areas.
- **Plant Performance**: Collaborate with the team, site performance engineers, and Asset Management to enhance performance metrics and propose harmonization solutions across different regions.
- **Digitalization**: Engage with the GT COODE Connector and GT Central Team to support the digital transformation of the GT Fleet, including use case development and prioritization. Familiarize yourself with agile project management methodologies.
- **Decarbonization**: Partner with the team and sites to progress phase 2 of the project, identifying opportunities for small projects and establishing a standard framework for efficient execution.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Skilled in Power BI for dashboard creation to facilitate performance management and statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning and AI principles.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Anaconda libraries, with an interest in Computer Science and Communications Technology.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with Time Series Process Data archives, including OSISoft PI and its components.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
