ROLE OVERVIEW

As a **Working Student in the Talent Management Unit**, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of **career advancement**, **staffing processes**, and **human resources initiatives**. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of **Career Development (CD) meetings** by gathering **performance assessments** and ensuring follow-ups are conducted as needed. Additionally, you will help in the creation of documents and presentations for these meetings.

STAFFING SUPPORT

In the realm of staffing, you will manage data within our **HR/staffing database**, ensuring the accuracy and control of information regarding the planned and actual assignments of different consultant groups. You will collaborate closely with our **Talent Coordinators** and **Talent Assistants**, providing support for their daily operations and addressing ad hoc requests.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Fluency in both **German** and **English**, both written and spoken, is essential.
