Role Overview
The GT Performance Team, part of the Gas Turbine Fleet in Asset Operations, oversees 17 power plants with a combined capacity of approximately 9.1GW across five countries. Our mission is to collaborate with our sites to enhance performance, add value, and align with our vision of achieving carbon neutrality.
We seek your assistance in meeting our performance targets and defining our strategic journey.
Key Responsibilities
- **HSSE Initiatives:** Develop data intelligence dashboards to identify trends, monitor performance, and enhance awareness.
- **Performance Enhancement:** Collaborate with site performance engineers and Asset Management to refine performance indicators and propose harmonization solutions across regions.
- **Digital Transformation:** Engage with the GT COODE Connector and GT Central Team to support the digital transformation initiatives of the GT Fleet, including use case development and prioritization. Familiarize yourself with agile project management methodologies.
- **Decarbonization Projects:** Collaborate with the team and sites to progress phase 2 of the decarbonization project, identifying small project opportunities and establishing a streamlined framework for execution.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proficient in building Power BI dashboards for performance management and statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI principles.
- Competent in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Anaconda libraries, with an interest in Computer Science and Communications Technology.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with Time Series Process Data archives, including OSISoft PI.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German.
