About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team at Uniper. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of APM in various business tasks and projects, including data analysis, report preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for team and department performance dialogues, including collecting KPI data and preparing focus topics.
- Design and produce high-quality documentation for senior management, including one-page decision templates, strategic summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Identify, structure, solve, and implement quality improvements for APM processes.
- Support portfolio analysts on various portfolio optimization topics, including data analysis and report preparation.
- Enhance existing processes using the latest digitalization ideas and AI tools.
Requirements
- University studies in business administration, engineering, IT, or comparable studies.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in the energy industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
- A strong will to take on responsibility and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Highly proactive and mobile with a hands-on and self-reflective personality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks with efficiency and prioritization.
- Structured working approach with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English. German, Dutch is advantageous.
