  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen: Sicherstellung zufriedener Kunden im Portfolio, die uns weiterempfehlen und somit passives Geschäft generieren.
  • Prozessoptimierung und interne Weiterentwicklung: Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen bei internen Prozessen und Schnittstellen.
  • Kundenrückgewinnung: Aktive Kundenrückgewinnung und Beruhigung von Kunden, die während der Montage eskalieren, um den Projektfortschritt zu sichern und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen, die unseren Umsatz steigern.
  • Beschwerdemanagement: Deeskalation und Lösung von Kundenbeschwerden zur Sicherstellung eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses.
  • Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit: Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und zur Förderung einer langfristigen Kundenbindung.


Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann, im Gastgewerbe oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich absolviert.
  • Deine fundierten Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Success oder Retention qualifizieren dich für diese Rolle.
  • Dank deinem Kommunikationstalent sowie deiner empathischen und positiven Persönlichkeit kannst du dich gut in deine Gesprächspartner:innen hineinversetzen und sie begeistern.
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in MS Office und Grundkenntnisse in SAP wären von Vorteil.
  • Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
