Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen : Sicherstellung zufriedener Kunden im Portfolio, die uns weiterempfehlen und somit passives Geschäft generieren. Prozessoptimierung und interne Weiterentwicklung : Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen bei internen Prozessen und Schnittstellen. Kundenrückgewinnung:  Aktive Kundenrückgewinnung und Beruhigung von Kunden, die während der Montage eskalieren, um den Projektfortschritt zu sichern und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen, die unseren Umsatz steigern. Beschwerdemanagement:  Deeskalation und Lösung von Kundenbeschwerden zur Sicherstellung eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses. Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit:  Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und zur Förderung einer langfristigen Kundenbindung.

Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann, im Gastgewerbe oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich absolviert. Deine fundierten Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Success oder Retention qualifizieren dich für diese Rolle. Dank deinem Kommunikationstalent sowie deiner empathischen und positiven Persönlichkeit kannst du dich gut in deine Gesprächspartner:innen hineinversetzen und sie begeistern. Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in MS Office und Grundkenntnisse in SAP wären von Vorteil. Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
