Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Founders Associate (m/w/d) für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Eine der Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, Wachstum durch aufschlussreiche Analysen und strategische Planung über Produktkategorien, Vertriebskanäle und internationale Expansionsbemühungen voranzutreiben

In deiner täglichen Arbeit arbeitest du eng mit dem Management Team zusammen, um Wachstumsinitiativen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu priorisieren und zu planen

Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Ein deutsches InsurTech-Unternehmen, das sich auf den Schutz von Unternehmen vor Cyber-Bedrohungen konzentriert. Das Startup bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus Versicherung und Cyberschutz

Sei verantwortlich für:
  • Angetrieben durch einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn; entdecke Wachstumschancen in neuen Produktkategorien, Vertriebskanälen und Internationalisierungsinitiativen durch detaillierte quantitative und qualitative Analysen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Mitgliedern des Kern Managements, um zur Definition, Priorisierung und Planung von Kern Wachstumsinitiativen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld beizutragen
  • Entwicklung von Möglichkeiten für eine Partnerschaft, gemeinsam mit externen Versicherungs- und Vertriebspartnern, einschließlich Anforderungsdefinitionen, Entwicklung von Business Cases und kommerziellen Verhandlungen
  • Verantwortung strategischer Multi-Stakeholder Projekte, um durch effektives Projektmanagement erfolgreiche Markteinführungen voranzutreiben
  • Unterstütze den CEO und den Leiter für Strategie & Operations bei Investor Relations, Vorstands Management und Fundraising Themen
Dein Profil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: wachstumsstarkes Startup (Generalist/Founder's Associate), Top-Tier-Managementberatung, Venture Capital oder Private Equity
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und analytisches Denken mit sehr ausgeprägten Excel Skills
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Hands-on-Mentalität und der Fähigkeit, potenzielle Hindernisse frühzeitig zu erkennen und anzugehen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Multi-Stakeholder Projekten, sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um Denkansätze auf verschiedene Führungsebenen zu vermitteln
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzmodellierung ist ein Plus
  • Fließend in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- und/oder Masterstudium
