Dein Job bei uns- Unterstützung und Entwicklung unseres Vertriebs und Marketings, bspw. das Beantworten von Anrufen und Anfragen, der Aufbau eines E-Mail Newsletters oder die generelle Content Creation
- Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder. Seite an Seite mit den GF wirst Du neue Geschäftsfelder erschließen, erste Prozesse aufbauen, Kunden akquirieren und das Team managen
- Optimierung bestehender Prozesse, bspw. durch die Integration neuer Tools oder Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Nutzung
- du Pro-Aktivität lebst und Dinge vorantreiben und Ergebnisse erzielen möchtest
- du offen dafür bist, ins kalte Wasser geworfen zu werden und du dir Dinge eigenständig aneignen und lernen kannst
- du kommunikativ bist und offene und transparente Kommunikation schätzt
- du erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, Vertrieb und/oder Business Development hast
- Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren erfahrenen Gründern zusammen
- Du bekommst transparente und tiefe Einblicke in unsere Unternehmensführung
- Du lernst spannende Unternehmer*innen, Investor*innen und Influencer*innen kennen und arbeitest direkt mit ihnen zusammen
- Du hast eine unfassbar steile Lernkurve in breit aufgestellten Aufgabenbereichen
- Teilweise Homeoffice & Remote Work möglich
- Regelmäßige Team-Events, Weiterbildungen & Workations, u. v. m.
