Was erwartet dich?
  • Als Founders Associate Intern unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführung bei den täglichen Aufgaben sowie dem Aufbau, der Entwicklung und der Durchführung von strategischen und unternehmerischen Projekten, welche Pflegia auf ein neues Level heben werden
  • Dabei stellst du sicher, dass die Geschäftsprozesse reibungslos ablaufen und eine exzellente Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Abteilungen stattfindet
  • Projekte im Rahmen von Pflegias Wachstum umfassen u.a. Strategie, Operations, Business Development und Markterschließung
  • Du führst hierzu regelmäßig Recherche und Analysen zu Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen durch und betrachtest diese kritisch in Bezug auf Pflegias weitere Entwicklung
  • Du siehst Problemfelder und Herausforderungen, die bei der Entstehung von Prozessen entstehen, als Chancen und verwandelst sie in skalierbare Lösungen
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du bist gut gelaunt, lernfreudig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Organisation und die Fähigkeit, Bedürfnisse zu erkennen und passende Lösungen anzubieten
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes analytisches Verständnis
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine Hands-on Mentalität aus
  • Du konntest idealerweise schon Berufserfahrung in einem Start-up oder einem Unternehmen sammeln (optional)
