As a Founder's Associate (m/f/d) at Consultport, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading strategy consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and private equity firms on their most significant initiatives. Your Role

In this full-time position, you will work closely with the founders on pivotal management projects. You will gain insights into building a successful enterprise and scaling it internationally, encompassing aspects such as Teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects: Engage in business-critical assignments, assess their strategic significance, and contribute to the expansion of our product and service offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead special initiatives to enhance business and operational processes across various departments and teams.
  • Global Expansion: Oversee essential elements of our geographical growth, ensuring optimal functioning of our operations, product, and international teams.
  • Support for Founders: Assist the founders with urgent projects, gaining firsthand experience in the daily challenges of scaling a business.

Your Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (within the last 18 months) or soon-to-be graduate (by 2025) from a top-tier university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with exceptional academic performance.
  • Passion for startups and a desire to prepare for future challenges.
  • Strong analytical abilities to dissect problems and connect diverse topics.
  • Prior experience in a high-performance setting (consulting, sales, or startups).
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
