Intro
The Asaphus Vision GmbH develops computer vision software for the automotive industry and work closely with major international automotive manufacturers and suppliers. We offer our employees the opportunity to develop their skills and take on new responsibilities. Our office is located in the heart of Berlin. We are a growing, highly motivated and committed young team of 50 employees with flat hierarchies.
To further expand our team, we are looking for a new colleague for the reception area as soon as possible. The candidate should have a passion for organizing and focused work and be responsible for a wide range of office tasks.
Tasks- You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, e.g. coordinating and invoicing service providers, planning appointments, travel and key management;
- You will support the management and our team in organizational tasks;
- You look after the reception area;
- You will be responsible for check-in and check-out as well as providing personal and telephone support for our volunteers.
- Your cordial manner always makes our employees and guests feel at ease;
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms;
- You organize our team events;
- You are responsible for the travel expense reports of our employees.
- You organize and ensure a smooth daily office routine.
- Completed training as an office management assistant or equivalent qualification;
- Teamwork and mutual support are important to you;
- Great passion and talent for organizing;
- Willingness to take on responsibility and high flexibility;
- Result orientation and ability to work independently;
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English;
- Communication skills and openness in dealing with colleagues.
- Class B driver's license preferred.
