Management Assistant (m/w/d) im Vertrieb

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung in sämtlichen Kundenberatungsaktivitäten sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Klienten und Geschäftspartnern
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung und Verbesserung der Vertriebs- und Angebotsabläufe
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und weiteren vertriebsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Projektinformationen im CRM-System
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Office Management und an der Rezeption nach Bedarf
  • Organisation von virtuellen Meetings und deren Nachbereitung
  • Administrative Unterstützung des COO, einschließlich:
    o Terminplanung und -koordination, Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungsprojekten,
    sowie Reisekostenvergleich und -abrechnung (bundesweit Zug/Flug/Hotel)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder als Assistenz auf Führungsebene
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine serviceorientierte Denkweise
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wünschenswert sind gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das können Sie erwarten

  • Gehalt: 40.000 bis 55.000 Euro jährlich – abhängig von der Berufserfahrung
  • 40-Stunden-Woche
