Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen sowie die Bearbeitung und Bewertung lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Sachverhalte
  • Ihnen obliegt die Pflege der Personalstammdaten, der Zeitwirtschaft sowie die Abwicklung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens unter Beachtung der betrieblichen, gesetzlichen und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Sie wickeln Folgearbeiten der Abrechnungen ab (inkl. Bearbeitung von Pfändungen, Kontenabstimmungen etc.) und übernehmen die Berechnung von Sonderzahlungen, Rückstellungen etc.
  • Mit der Erstellung von Personalkostenhochrechnungen und Reportings tragen Sie in Abstimmung mit der Finanzbuchhaltung zum Personalcontrolling bei
  • Als Spezialist/in in abrechnungs- und personalspezifischen Angelegenheiten stehen Sie zudem den Mitarbeitenden bei entsprechenden Fragestellungen beratend zur Seite
  • Zudem sind Sie involviert bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen

Profil:

  • Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanz- / Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit.
  • Wichtiger noch, als der genaue Ausbildungshintergrund ist jedoch Ihre mindestens erste, gerne auch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und sind routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen wie z. B. Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Zudem punkten Sie persönlich mit einem freundlichen, verbindlichen Auftreten und einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken sowie einer, der Verantwortung der Aufgabe entsprechend, gewissenhaften, vertrauensvollen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
