We are seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Specialist to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Global Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll administration and support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate payroll processing and administration
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and management
- Support the administration of our job bike program and job ticket
- Maintain HR core data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
- Work with our digital personnel file to ensure all documents are properly archived
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree in economics or business administration
- Initial professional experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP (HCM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in German and English
- Service-oriented, precise, and responsible work style, with strong communication and contact skills
