Join our dynamic Global Human Resources team and gain valuable experience in the field of payroll management as a Student Assistant in HR Payroll Operations. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our specialists and contribute to essential HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update digital employee records, ensuring accurate categorization of various document types.
  • Oversee HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
  • Review and rectify data to ensure timely and accurate data management.
  • Gain insights into the operations of our Payroll Specialists and their contributions to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in German and possess conversational skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
