The role

That's a hell of a lot of work - so let's get started.As our People Operations Manager (f/m/x), you will be part of our People & Culture team and, with structure and dedication, will accompany our employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for administrative P&C processes, contracts, and independently keeping our employee master data up to date. You will also take care of the necessary payroll accounting preparations and assist us with reporting. With an attentive eye and a clear vision, you will help us to optimize processes and foster our Tomorrow culture. This position can also be filled on a job-sharing basis. We therefore look forward to hearing from applicants who wish to join our team on a 35-40 hours/week contract, as well as applicants who wish to work on a reduced hours contract of 20-25 hours/week.Your responsibilities will include:

Compiling and updating our digital and physical employee records in Personio

Preparation of the monthly payroll and communication with our tax advisor

Acting as the designated contact for all employees when it comes to employment law matters and P&C processes

Contracts

Implementation and analysis of the P&C reporting and company surveys

Coordination of the onboarding process

What we're looking for
You have proven work experience in a HR-related position with a focus on the aforementioned tasks.

You have excellent skills in all matters related to labor, wage tax and social security law.

You already have experience with digital HR management tools, ideally Personio.

You stand out with your structured and independent way of working and have very high standards when it comes to accuracy and precision.

You enjoy approaching things in an analytical way and improving processes.

You love working as part of a team and can communicate in an appreciative and empathic manner.

You are able to work from our office in Hamburg on a regular basis.

You are fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken.

You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Salary
EUR annual gross (full-time working hours)Transparency is Queen (and King). This is why we indicate a salary range for all jobs. Once we have got to know you better in an interview, we will be able to assess you individually and find out where you fit in our transparent salary matrix.

As our People Operations Manager, it is important that you can work 2-3 days a week from our office in Hamburg.
