Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Manage employee data, records, and benefits administration
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, management, and external partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management and Culture Teams to drive business objectives and employee engagement
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or talent management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
