Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our Office Team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage personal administration, including employee data, contracts, and benefits
  • Coordinate talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and career development programs
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Culture Team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • Support the development of HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on talent management and employee experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
