Als Growth Marketing Manager übernimmst du v.a. folgende Aufgaben:


- Du bist verantwortlich für das Suchmaschinenmarketing (SEA) und Search Engine Optimizing / Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO). Dafür führst du auch Keyword-Analysen durch und wendest Targeting-Strategien an.

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung für Kanal- und Toolverteilung gemäß der gesetzten Ziele

- Gemeinsame Entwicklung von crossmedialen Marketingstrategien und Online Marketing Kampagnen im Marketing-Team sowie operative Umsetzung, Zielgruppendefinition und Erstellung von Targeting-Konzepten

- Du planst, implementierst, überwachst und optimierst unsere SEA-Kampagnen in den Suchmaschinen Google und anderen Suchmaschinen

- Deine Aufgabe umfasst die Auswertung der Kampagnenleistung, einschließlich einer detaillierten Überprüfung der Tracking-Funktionen. Diese Erkenntnisse nutzt Du außerdem, um mithilfe aussagekräftiger Berichte Key-KPIs zu erstellen


NACH WEM WIR SUCHEN


- Du bringst Erfahrung im (Performance) Marketing Management in einem Tech-Startup oder in einem ähnlich schnelllebigen Umfeld mit

- Du hast Expertise in der Planung und Umsetzung von SEO- / SEA-Kampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen sowie mit Newsletter-Marketing-Tools und Du bringst idealerweise noch Wissen zur Nutzung von APIs mit, um die Tools in unsere IT-Plattform zu integrieren.

- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss

- Du besitzt einen starken Drive, das kommerzielle Wachstum mit innovativem B2B-Marketing in einem Startup-Umfeld im Frühstadium voranzutreiben

- Du bringst eine Mischung aus robusten analytischen Fähigkeiten und Kreativität mit, krempelst gerne die Ärmel hoch und probierst aus

- Erfahrung im SEO- und SEA-Marketing mit Softwareprodukten im Clean-Tech Bereich ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
