Position: Growth Marketing Manager
We are in search of a driven and seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to enhance our dynamic team in Germany.
The perfect candidate will possess strong business insight, an in-depth understanding of the German market, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in German is a considerable advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute growth strategies specifically designed for the German market to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and establish new local acquisition channels to broaden our presence within the German market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze data pertinent to Germany to uncover growth opportunities and refine marketing campaigns.
- Lead sales-oriented marketing initiatives, utilizing data to track progress and ensure overall success, with a focus on achieving growth targets and continuously optimizing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and at headquarters, to synchronize marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Facilitate effective communication between the German office and headquarters, translating and interpreting materials as necessary.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key local partners and influencers to boost brand visibility and growth.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and the local market landscape in Germany.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in growth or business development roles, with a strong emphasis on the German market.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- High numerical sensitivity and robust analytical capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.
- A profound understanding of the German market and culture is essential.
