Unser Team für Kundenservice und technischen Support steht unseren Händlerkunden zur Seite und bietet erstklassige Unterstützung bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Payment-Services. Wir arbeiten eng zusammen, um ein nahtloses Zahlungserlebnis sicherzustellen und freuen uns darauf, neue Teammitglieder willkommen zu heißen. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen bist Du kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in und Payment-Spezialist:in für unsere Händlerkunden, die über beinahe alle Branchen im E-Commerce gestreut sind
  • Du betreust und berätst unsere Bestands-, Neukunden sowie potenzielle Kunden und leistest erste Hilfestellung bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Payment Services mit dem Fokus auf Billing
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinen Teamkolleg:innen bist Du für die Erstellung und das Update der Payment Accounts unserer Kunden verantwortlich und sorgst für ein entsprechendes Quality-Management
  • Du wirst schnell Expert:in für unsere Produkte sowie interne Prozesse, um Rückfragen der Kollegen beantworten oder an die richtige Stelle weiterleiten zu können
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von notwendigen Dokumentationen und geplanten Prozessveränderungen
  • Du vertrittst in bereichsübergreifenden Teams gegenüber den relevanten Stakeholdern die Stimme und das Know-how des technischen Supports
Das brauchst du, um erfolgreich zu sein:
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Kundenservice oder als Mitarbeiter:in im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce, Banken bzw. Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Du besitzt ein sehr hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit Kundenanfragen- und Beschwerden in die richtigen Kanäle zu leiten, um so eine effiziente Bearbeitung im Sinne des Kunden sicherzustellen
  • Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie einen geschärften Blick für die Details
  • Du kannst unter Stress verschiedene Aufgaben gleichzeitig bearbeiten bzw. diese adäquat priorisieren
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gut Englisch.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel ist gegeben.
  • Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie analytische Fähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab
