Experienced Healthcare Billing Coordinator - DACH (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Healthcare Billing Coordinator for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role is essential to our operations and will be based in our Munich office.

  • Engage with our customer service team to manage incoming prescriptions and orders efficiently.
  • Guarantee prompt and precise billing of all incoming orders with health insurance providers.
  • Collaborate closely with external service partners (e.g., billing agencies).
  • Examine necessary documentation (prescriptions, cost estimates, training records).
  • Confirm health insurance decisions and manage resubmissions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on billing status to the International Accounting Team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Completed vocational training with relevant experience in financial and/or medical sectors (health insurance, clinics, medical supply stores, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare system, medical device prescriptions, and associated billing procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Responsible and trustworthy management of customer data.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and/or SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in German with good to very good English proficiency.
  • Self-driven, positive, and a collaborative team member.
