AVOMIND is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager specializing in Professional Services to enhance our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of daily operations to align with our organizational objectives. Collaborate with various department heads to ensure effective communication and cross-functional alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee and refine internal workflows to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness. Identify improvement opportunities and implement streamlined processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Billing and Invoicing Management: Supervise the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols. Work closely with finance and client-facing teams to address billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • PSA Tool Management: Administer the PSA Tool, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with team operations. Customize and optimize the tool for improved project management and resource allocation, while maintaining data integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Provide mentorship and guidance to promote professional growth within the organization.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources in consultation with department heads, monitoring utilization metrics to optimize team performance.
