Gesucht wird für ein Team Lead im Frontend für ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung moderner, benutzerzentrierter Softwarelösungen spezialisiert hat. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Teamleiter (m/w/d) für die Frontend Entwicklung, der die Vision teilt und das dynamische Team in Köln verstärkt.



Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Koordination: Sie führen ein Team von Frontend Entwicklern und koordinieren deren Tätigkeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
  • Architektur & Entwicklung: Verantwortung & Umsetzung für die technische Architektur und die Implementierung von modernen, skalierbaren Frontend-Lösungen.
  • Code-Qualität & Best Practices: Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität durch Code Reviews, Pair Programming und die Etablierung von Best Practices im Team.
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Fähigkeiten Ihres Teams durch regelmäßige Feedbacks und Mentoring.
  • Projektmanagement: Planung und Steuerung von Projekten sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung von Deadlines und Budgetvorgaben.
  • Technologischer Fortschritt: Aktives Vorantreiben von Innovationen und technologischen Trends im Bereich Frontend Entwicklung.
Profil
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Frontend Entwicklung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer leitenden Position.
  • Technische Expertise: Tiefe Kenntnisse in modernen Web-Technologien (z.B. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular)
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in & Cloud
  • Führungsqualitäten: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams sowie in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten.
  • Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Agile Methoden: Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
