Als Reception Team Leader (m/w/d) bist du am Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer Hotels zuständig für:

  • die individuelle Begrüßung, Betreuung und Koordination von Stamm- und Hausgästen
  • Check-In/Check-Out
  • Reservierungsannahme und -bearbeitung
  • ordnungsgemäße Kassen- und Debitorenabrechnungen
  • Koordination von Telefongesprächen
  • Beschwerdehandling und Follow-UP
  • einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller administrativen und operativen Aufgaben am Empfang
  • Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • eine begeisternde und herzliche Art, sodass du sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch bei unseren Gästen in positiver Erinnerung bleibst
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) und ggf. auch in einer weiteren Fremdsprache
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit (Hotel-) EDV-Systemen, gerne mit Mews
  • Gelassenheit und Ruhe auch in Zeiten höherer Belastung
  • Spaß daran, neuen Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden etwas beizubringen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
