Web Development Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Web Developer to join our team at neusta webservices. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web-based solutions using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web applications using FirstSpirit, Magnolia, or Liferay systems
  • Collaborate with the product owner to analyze customer requirements and develop technical implementation concepts
  • Stay up-to-date with modern web technologies and evaluate their suitability for our projects
  • Work closely with front-end and back-end development, project management, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure smooth deployment, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as a technical coach
Requirements
  • Relevant education or experience in the IT field
  • Proficiency in software development, preferably in an agile environment and with Java
  • Knowledge of current web technologies and frameworks, including HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, XML, and template languages
  • Experience with digital experience platforms, enterprise content management, and e-commerce systems
  • Strong understanding of relational databases
  • Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English language skills
