Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at BUCHEN-ICS GmbH. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales team and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the inside sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries, create offers and calculations, and review contracts in collaboration with the legal department
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in German (C1), English (B2), and French (B1-B2), with knowledge of CRM systems
