Sales Manager Projects - Region Central (all genders)
In Festanstellung und Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche).

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:
Projektmanagement innerhalb des Bereiches Field Sales in der Region Central

Konzeptionelle Projektentwicklung, Zusammenarbeit mit allen projektbeteiligten Bereichen und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Akzeptanz- und Absatzsziele
Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Umsetzung aller B2C-Maßnahmen in den Projekten der Region samt Kommunikationen innerhalb aller operativer Kanäle
Planen und Durchführen von individuellen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Information und Akquise von B2C-Kunden
Erkennen von projektbedingten Anpassungsbedarfen der Vertriebsinfrastruktur und Anstoßen des Changeprozesses
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung mit Telekommunikationsprodukten wie Internet, Mobilfunk oder TV notwendig
Erste Erfahrung in einem Salesbereich wünschenswert - Quereinstieg möglich
Charaktereigenschaften wie: Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke, Enthusiasmus, Belastbarkeit und Vielseitigkeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
Wohnort in Berlin oder Umland
Führerscheinklasse B mit Reisebereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) erforderlich
