Position:
Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Rolle des Project Sales Managers in der Region Central (Homeoffice). Diese Position ist in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, in einem innovativen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Projektmanagement im Bereich Field Sales in der Region Central.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Abteilungen, um Akzeptanz- und Absatzziele zu erreichen.
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von B2C-Maßnahmen in den Projekten, einschließlich der Kommunikation über alle operativen Kanäle.
- Identifikation von Anpassungsbedarfen in der Vertriebsinfrastruktur und Initiierung von Veränderungsprozessen.

Unsere Erwartungen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikation, insbesondere mit Internet, Mobilfunk oder TV.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sind wünschenswert, Quereinstieg ist möglich.
- Wichtige Eigenschaften: Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke, Enthusiasmus, Belastbarkeit und Vielseitigkeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Wohnort in der Region Berlin oder Umgebung.
- Führerscheinklasse B und Reisebereitschaft.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
