Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Service Supplier Manager im Customer Support für den Standort Berlin.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich- Koordinierung von zugeordneten operativen service-erbringenden Dienstleistern, die im Auftrag des Customer Service Centers agieren
- Überwachung der Prozesskonformität der servicerelevanten Teilprozesse bei den Dienstleistern
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der operativen Servicequalität auf Grundlage von SLAs und OLAs, Qualitätsbetrachtungen und Feedback der Standorte der Dienstleister
- Begleitung bei der Umsetzung von Qualitätsmaßnahmen bei den service-erbringenden Dienstleistern vor Ort
- Auditierung der Qualität der Kundenkontakte und der Serviceerbringung an den Standorten der Dienstleister
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Senior Service Agents des Customer Service Centers sowie den entsprechenden Ansprechpartnern bei den service-erbringenden Dienstleistern
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bezug
- Berufliche Erfahrung im Umfeld des Customer Service
- Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und der quantitativen Steuerung
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise, Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
- Gutes Organisationsgeschick sowie Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
