As a Pre-Sales professional, you'll be at the heart of our sales efforts, sharing your comprehensive product knowledge in a vibrant, multicultural environment. Your contributions will be key to driving our success and delivering exceptional solutions to our diverse clientele.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Sales: Partner closely with our Sales team to drive evaluations, becoming a trusted consultant and advocate in diverse customer interactions.
Create Captivating Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, expertly respond to RFPs, and design Proof of Concepts (POCs) that highlight our solutions' adaptability.
Understand Customer Needs: Analyze customer and prospect requirements, translating them into specific IT solutions and engaging in meaningful dialogues to present our product suite effectively.
Ensure Seamless Transitions: Facilitate smooth transitions of new projects to the implementation teams post-deal closure, ensuring continuity and efficiency in project execution.
Enhance Marketing and Pre-Sales Activities: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our marketing and pre-sales initiatives, using your field expertise to guide our Product and R&D teams toward continuous improvement.
Represent Us at Industry Events: Showcase our products at industry events, actively engage in lead generation, and represent us as a thought leader in the FinTech space.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions specialist role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and translate complex customer requirements into viable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
