Aufgaben
- Planung, Umsetzung und Reporting der CRM-Kampagnen in den Kanälen, E-Mail, App und Print sowie Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von CRM-Projekten
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen-Tests zusammen mit dem Analytics-Team
- Anlegen und Durchführung von CRM-Kampagnen im Kampagenmanagement-Tool
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen (z.B. Marketing, IT, Operations) um CRM-Kampagnen erfolgreich durchzuführen und zu bewerten
- Du entwickelst personalisierte und automatisierte Maßnahmen entlang des Customer Lifecycles, um Neukunden zu gewinnen, Aktivierungen zu fördern, die Kundenbindung zu stärken und den Customer Lifetime Value zu erhöhen.
- Du stellst den Austausch und das Best-Practice-Sharing zwischen den Ländern im Bereich CRM sicher
Profil
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarem Inhalt mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/CRM
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im CRM inkl. Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Kundendaten und in der Arbeit mit CRM-Tools
- Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke, sowie eine analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität zeichnen Dich aus
- Du begeisterst Dich für neueste Trends und Benchmarks im Bereich Loyalty und CRM
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist ein motivierter und zielorientierter Teamplayer mit gutem Organisations- und Zeitmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
