Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Ruhr area, including Dortmund, Essen, and Duisburg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our products and manage sales for your territory
  • Develop a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals and best practices
  • Maintain a strong relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region
  • Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
  • Ensure our CRM system is up-to-date and maintained in line with company standards
Requirements
  • Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
  • Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Native German speaker with a good level of English
  • Valid Driving License
