Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Ruhr area, building strong relationships with wound care professionals, medical supply retailers, home care services, and retirement homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing and medical departments to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
  • Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Native German speaker with a good level of English
  • Valid driving license
